IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the General Election to be held in and for the City
of Moscow, Idaho, will be held on Tuesday, the 3<sup>rd</sup> of November,
2009. The election is held for the purpose of electing three (3)
Council members for a term of four (4) years and a Mayor for a term of four (4)
years. The polling place will be the Latah County Fairgrounds for all
precincts. The polls will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You
may vote absentee in person until 5:00 p.m. November 2<sup>nd</sup> or by mail,
requests must be received no later than Wednesday, October 28<sup>th</sup>.
