also does not speak well of the comprehensiveness of their strength and

Idaho football player was arrested early Sunday morning for allegedly driving
under the influence of alcohol and was also cited for urinating in
public.<BR><BR>Moscow Assistant Police Chief David Duke said an officer
observed freshman tight end Clayton Homme, 18, of Kennewick urinating while
waiting in the drive-through line at Jack in the Box shortly before 3 a.m.
Sunday.<BR><BR>The officer then observed Homme get back behind the wheel of
the vehicle which eventually led to Homme’s arrest for the DUI.<BR><BR>Homme
pleaded not guilty at his arraignment at the Latah County Courthouse on Monday
and a pretrial hearing is set Oct. 13 at 2:30 p.m.<BR><BR>The arrest came
after the Vandals’ 31-29 win over Colorado State University on Saturday
evening.</SPAN></DIV></DIV></DIV>
