<DIV>Actually, I would rather see change at the state level - supposedly these signs are not enforceable because there has not been a "traffic survey" on all the roads.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>I'm sorry, but roads in Latah County have been posted 35 mph since I was a little girl - and folks, that's quite a while. There is just no reason someone should be going faster than 35 on many of these roads. Gravel surface, blind corners, no guardrails- many of these roads were built "just to get there" - not for speed.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The State of Idaho needs to make it easier for local jurisdictions to enforce safety, instead of making "cop-out" ways for speeders to get out of their responsibility. Why do we need a traffic survey on every mile of county road just so that the authorities can enforce the law?</DIV>

<DIV>Just my two cents worth....</DIV>
