<DIV>I have a couple of questions - and perhaps Dan C. knows the answers.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Was the State of Idaho law (Idaho Code 49-654) modified recently, or has it always read as it does now?</DIV>
<DIV>If it was modified, were the current 35 mph signs in place before the law was modified?</DIV>
<DIV>If it was not, when were the 35 mph signs placed in Latah County?</DIV>
