forum for the Moscow City Council Candidates. The forum will be held
October 21 from 7 to 9 pm in the Moscow High School Auditorium, 401 East
3<SUP>rd</SUP> Street. The audience will be able to submit written
questions to the candidates and meet with them individually after the
forum. The League urges all voters to take the opportunity to educate
themselves about the candidates before the November 3<SUP>rd</SUP>
