<DIV>What will it take for this city to stop looking the other way when it comes to campus parties and the drinking of under age? I want all of you to be aware that King Beverage pays a representative to go to all the houses to speak to all the members irregardless of age. Selling liquor without a license is illegal especially to minors. This has been going on for decades in this community. What will it take to wake up? Dan - you have to stop this. You have to site them. Can anyone tell me if there has ever been a citation issued to any house on UoI campus for any alcohol related incident?</DIV>

Responding officers learned a female later identified as 19 year old Amanda Andaverde of <ST1:CITY w:st="on"><ST1:STATE w:st="on">Cal</ST1:STATE>dwell</ST1:CITY>, Idaho had fallen from a third floor window. Andaverde was transported to <ST1:PLACE w:st="on"><ST1:PLACENAME w:st="on">Gritman</ST1:PLACENAME> <ST1:PLACETYPE w:st="on">Hospital</ST1:PLACETYPE></ST1:PLACE> by Moscow Volunteer Ambulance. Andaverde suffered numerous fractures from the 27 foot fall.
