pleased to announce a new partnership between their companies. Under the
agreement, First Step will acquire the Internet assets of Elk River Cable and
begin providing the Internet service side of the business. Elk River
Cable will retain ownership of the Cable TV service and continue providing
that as normal.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

w:st="on">Fairfield</st1:City>, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">Garfield</st1:City></st1:place> and Rosalia. It will also
leverage the technical service and extensive bandwidth that First Step brings
