City of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City></st1:place>’s
excavation and paving overlay project on <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address
w:st="on">Jefferson Street</st1:address></st1:Street> from <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address
w:st="on">3<sup>rd</sup> Street</st1:address></st1:Street> to <st1:Street
w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">6<sup>th</sup> Street</st1:address></st1:Street>
has uncovered some unexpected problems in the quality of the rock base of the
street and these problems need to be addressed before the paving project can
proceed. To properly repair the street the base must be excavated and
reconstructed before the overlay of asphalt can be completed.<o:p></o:p></p>

12.0pt'><o:p> </o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
12.0pt'>The revised timeline for completion of <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address
w:st="on">Jefferson Street</st1:address></st1:Street> is several weeks with an
expected completion date of September 11.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
