12.0pt'>When it comes to getting around <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City></st1:place>,
bicycle transportation is very popular. When it comes to theft in <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City></st1:place>, bikes are very
popular to steal. There were 107 stolen bike reports taken in 2008.
Most of those bikes were not returned because they were not registered. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

license their bikes. This greatly increases the chance of getting your
bike back if it is stolen. It is also required by city code to have
all bicycles licensed with the City of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City></st1:place>.
