- The Idaho Transportation Department is holding two open houses in northern <st1:State
w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Idaho</st1:place></st1:State> to help develop a
transition plan for pedestrian curb ramps in the public right-of-way.<br>

The transition plan, required by the Americans with Disabilities Act, will
identify and prioritize needed <st1:City w:st="on">ADA</st1:City> im<font
color=black><span style='color:black'>provements along state roadways across <st1:State
w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Idaho</st1:place></st1:State>. As part of this
effort, an open house meeting is being held to collect public comment on the
priority of needed <st1:City w:st="on">ADA</st1:City> improvements in the <st1:City
w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Moscow</st1:place></st1:City> area. The open
house will be Wednesday, July 29, 2009, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at City Hall, <st1:address
w:st="on"><st1:Street w:st="on">206 E. 3<sup>rd</sup> Street</st1:Street>, <st1:City
w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City></st1:address>. A short presentation will be given
