It provides a detailed water utility work plan for the next 6 years, identifies long-term needs and opportunities, and outlines strategies for utility management for the next 50 years.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Public Works prepared a draft scope of work and a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) which was advertised.
