12.0pt'>At approximately 7:51 a.m., June 24, 2009, the Moscow Fire Department and
officers of the Moscow Police Department responded to <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address
w:st="on">904 Vandal Drive</st1:address></st1:Street>, apt. B for a structure
fire. After the fire was extinguished fire department personnel discovered a
body located in the residence. The body has been identified as Sarah J. Parks,
DOB: 07-08-80. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><o:p> </o:p></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
12.0pt'>On June 25, 2009 an autopsy was performed on Sarah Parks. The
preliminary autopsy report <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">ind</st1:place></st1:State>icates
the victim, Sarah Parks, was deceased prior to the fire. As a result the Latah
County Major Crime Team is treating the investigation as a homicide. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:
