<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">At approximately 7:51 a.m., June 24, 2009, the Moscow Fire Department and officers of the Moscow Police Department responded to <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">904 Vandal Drive</st1:address></st1:Street>, apt. B for a structure fire. After the fire was extinguished fire department personnel discovered a body located in the residence. The body has been identified as Sarah J. Parks, DOB: 07-08-80. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">On June 25, 2009 an autopsy was performed on Sarah Parks. The preliminary autopsy report <st1:State w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">ind</st1:place></st1:State>icates the victim, Sarah Parks, was deceased prior to the fire. As a result the Latah County Major Crime Team is treating the investigation as a homicide. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
