factor in 54% of all crashes and 108 fatalities in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:State
w:st="on">Idaho</st1:State></st1:place>. The economic cost of crashes
involving aggressive driving was $1.4 billion dollars. This represents 49% of
the total cost of all crashes in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:State w:st="on">Idaho</st1:State></st1:place>.
Aggressive driving is the highest single contributing factor in both injury and
fatal crashes.” <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
