12.0pt'>The City of Moscow Parks and Recreation Commission are requesting
public comment regarding a proposed naming of 3.0 acres of City property to be
developed into a neighborhood park. The proposed park name is “Milton
Arthur Park,” after Milton Arthur Salisbury, who owned and farmed the
land since 1951. The property is located east of Mountain View Road and south
of Robinson Park Road.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

opportunity to voice support or opposition to the proposed name, which will be
provided to the City Council prior to approval action. The public comment
