Roger doesn't approve of President Obama's pick for the Supreme Court? Wow, sure didn't see that one coming. I think there's much ado about nothing here. At the end of the day, after she is confirmed (and she will be), the makeup of the Supreme Court will really be rather unchanged from what it is now.
