But my posts are just responces to other posts which suggest that state workers alone are responsible for saving the jobs of other state workers. My point is that can't be right, that if anyone has the responsibility, it is all of us.</div><div><br></div><div>And when the news comes out of WSU on Thursday and Friday about who will lose their jobs more staff will suffer than will teachers. (Not that I'm not a bit worried!) </div><div><br></div><div>The real question is who should worry about saving staff jobs? Should it be staff, and teachers, and state employees or all taxpayers? Being new to this topic, busy time and all, will raising taxes work in the recession that we are currently in work. I mean aren't we all struggling? I would love to help my neighbor out but I'm trying to live myself. Our president has stated how we all need to come together, sometimes with sacrifice, so should we rally for teachers but not loggers and plumbers?<br>
