w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City></st1:place>’s annual Arbor Day ceremony and
tree planting at <b><span style='font-weight:bold'>11:30 am, Friday, April 24,
2009</span></b> in the new parking lot at the Latah County Courthouse.
This year’s ceremony will include the planting of <b><span
style='font-weight:bold'>two “Aristocrat” Flowering Pear trees</span></b>
and a presentation by the Moscow High School Environmental Club. The City
will also be receiving its 16<sup>th</sup> Tree City USA Award and its 14<sup>th</sup>
Tree City USA Growth Award. Members of the public are encouraged to
attend the ceremony, help plant the pear trees, and take home free seedling
trees. The ceremony will be held in the Courthouse basement meeting room
in case of inclement weather.</span></font><o:p></o:p></p>
