Comprehensive Plan draft to be presented April 21 and 23. Over the course
of the last 2 years the City of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City></st1:place>
has been working on updating the City’s Comprehensive Plan, a broad
long-range community planning document. <o:p></o:p></p>

conducting two open house meetings to provide an opportunity learn about the
