<DIV>There are different parts of DC. The city of DC, and the touristy, political, history part of DC. Most tourists never really see the real city of DC. They just see things like the Lincoln Memorial, the Capitol, and Washington Monument, which are all clean, little crime, and very pretty, except if you actually look into the reflecting pool, that is a gross, it needs to be cleaned. :P</DIV>
