<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;"><DIV>Southern Cali use to be so pretty. My father was stationed in San Diego in the Navy, when I was a little kid and again when I was a young teen. It had some beautiful beaches and parks. Now, other than a quick visit, I would dread going to California. Moscow on the other hand, has hardly changed a bit since I can remember relative to other cities I have lived in, and it still looks like what much of many of family refers to as "God's Country". </DIV>

<DIV>California is a big place, and there are several places that still ok. But you still are under the California State government no matter where you are in the state, and that makes it an unacceptable place to live in my opinion. </DIV>

<DIV>The 1.5 million people that live in Idaho are very, very lucky, especially the ones in the north. </DIV>
