<table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" ><tr><td valign="top" style="font: inherit;"><DIV>Even if teachers do stay in Idaho with a salary or benefit cut, it still isn't right to cut their already meager salaries for the work that they do for Idaho. I think Idaho needs to treat their teachers better, especially newer ones because they hardly make enough to make ends meet and pay their student loans. </DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>In my opinion, if they are going to cut salaries they need to cut the ones with the biggest salaries because at least they are not cutting into&nbsp;a family's&nbsp;food budget. </DIV>
<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>
<DIV>People need to start campaigning against some of these House and Senate members, like early before the primaries start, and maybe inspire some other people in their districts to run against them. </DIV>

<DIV>Best Regards,</DIV>
