departments designed an upper level course in cooperation with University
City’s development team. The course requires the students enrolled to perform
a building site assessment, design a small economically viable home that is as
close to a zero net energy consumer as possible.<SPAN

will then build the home with long-term data collection in mind.<SPAN

University of Idaho for many years by building one house per school year,
incorporating non-invasive energy consumption monitoring equipment which will
provide the ability to collect real-time energy consumption information about
