<STRONG>This is a bipartisan bill that everyone should get behind. It might not address every issue on your mind, but we need to start taking steps to make sure our kids are safe. I don't think it's too much to require a telephone, a working fire extinguisher and a smoke detector in every facility. </STRONG><BR>
