We should not treat drug addicts as criminals but as people in need of help, unless they victimize people for drugs or while being on drugs. While I will agree that weed should be legalized, it is hard for me to understand why all other drugs should be. I am open to discussion but have seen the first hand effects it does to you and surrounding loved ones. I admit I have not done coke, but have known people that do. Also, how quickly their lives take a turn, compared to what alcohol does, in a time sense. <br><br>Plus I fear the government won't be able to regulate the hard drug trade, being, I doubt organized crime will want to give up their most lucrative product.
