And yes, you would have a whole new legion of crack heads if you could pick it up at the local liquor store. They would also exploit youth for sex that they get hooked to the substance because the youth could not afford to get it or would be regulated from being able to buy it. <br><br>And after this, someone would come up with something else that would be illegal and we would have the drug wars again. <br><br>The use of anything goes up when it becomes more available.
