Wellness Classes sponsored by the Moscow Food Co-op*<BR><BR>The Moscow Food
Co-op will sponsor a free wellness class at 7 p.m., <BR>Monday, February 23,
taught by naturopathic physician Angila Jaeggli of <BR>Pullman. Jaeggli will
provide information on nutrition and lifestyle <BR>changes to optimize heart
health. This class will be held in the Fiske <BR>room in the 1912 Center, 412
East Third Street, Moscow, Idaho.<BR><BR>Angila Jaeggli, a naturopathic
physician, is currently adjunct clinical <BR>faculty at Bastyr University in
Seattle, Wash. in addition to her <BR>private family practice in Pullman. She
received a doctorate in <BR>Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University and
completed her residency <BR>through Bastyr University with rotations at
Harborview Medical Center, <BR>University of Washington, and Virginia Mason
Hospitals in Seattle. As a <BR>resident, her concentrations were in women’s
health, geriatrics, and <BR>family medicine. Jaeggli is currently a contributing
author for an <BR>upcoming book, “The Foundations of Natural Medicine,” and has
<BR>co-authored several other publications on natural medicine. She has also
<BR>published interviews in the magazines of /Alternative Medicine,/
<BR>/Natural Health,/ and /Natural Health Merchandiser/.<BR><BR>The class is
part of a series of free monthly wellness classes designed <BR>to provide
general information to participants about health and wellness <BR>sponsored by
