Instead of restricting your complaints to the subscribers of Vision 2020,
how about presenting your complaints to the Moscow City Council during the
public commentary portion of their sessions.
"Nancy and the Boys" would welcome your comments and/or complaints
concerning snow removal. January (and maybe February) is prime time for
such a discussion IN FRONT OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
Discussing the troubles of snow removal (or the lack thereof) here on the
Viz serves no more benefit than my before-mentioned "Oh-No" squad,
where a
group of locals stand around an accident, looking at each other
mumbling "Oh no. Oh, no". Grow the proverbial pair and present your
argument in front of the city council, like Bev Bafus did.
FYI, the city council is currently discussing snow removal, but who knows
for how long . . . maybe until the temperatures rise.
