recent significant snow accumulation and warmer weather and rain, the City of <st1:place

potential flood event. To aid <st1:City w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City>’s
residents in personal preparations sand and sand bags are now available at no
charge at the City of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Moscow Street
Shop</st1:City></st1:place>. As the City is supplying the materials
citizens are asked to fill the bags they need. For sand please visit the
Street Shop at <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">650 N. Van Buren

accumulation on their property and to clear snow from any catch basins or yard
drains to allow melt water access to the storm drainage system. If you have an
area of concern where plowed snow may be blocking a storm drain, please report
