<P class=MsoNormal><B><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold; FONT-SIZE: 12pt">Moscow</SPAN></FONT></B><B><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">, Idaho, January 2, 2009</SPAN></B> <B><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">– </SPAN></B>It is with great sadness that the Moscow Volunteer Fire Department (MVFD) and the City of Moscow announce the death of retired Fire Chief Ralph McAllister who passed away December 31st at the age of 87 due to complications from pneumonia.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"></SPAN></FONT> </P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">Chief McAllister served the community and the MVFD for over 31 years. First as a volunteer firefighter for 12 years before his employment as the 12th Chief of the MVFD; a position in which he served for over 19 years from 1968 until his retirement in 1987.</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"></SPAN></FONT> </P>
