Christianity is a monotheistic religion (the prevalent, but still
non-universal doctrine of the Trinity aside). Most Christians might
believe in "false Gods" in a metaphorical sense, but not otherwise.

I've only known one Santerian. She was a a lovely lady, but her
religion confused me deeply.
