Scott's right. That election is over and we
won. Let's move on. I saw the Fox newscast and seriously doubt
Sarah Palin thought Africa is a country. I also suspect she knows the
members of NAFTA if she just concentrates for a minute or two. Seems to me
the staff member was looking for a scapegoat, and here she is. The
one-on-one interviews were a disaster for her and I was surprised her knowledge
of court decisions and newspapers etc. seemed so limited. But look what
she did for Tina Fey and SNL.

The election is over Nick. You won. 52 million
people voted for the Republican ticket based on 52 million+ different
reasons. Maybe some voted for the ticket because they wanted at least 4
more years of Tina Fey impersonating Sarah Palin. Maybe the majority
voted for the ticket because they felt that Republican leadership in the White
House under John McCain's direction would be better for the future of the
country than an Obama run White House and Sarah Palin didn't factor into their
vote one iota. Maybe some voted for the ticket directly because of Sarah
Palin can bag an elk or just because she looks hot.

Personally, I would
go with the Tina Fey angle. I loved all the SNL political skits...even
the ones that bashed the Demoncats.

-Scott

> Date: Thu, 6 Nov

Look at this exchange on Fox News on further revelations of Palin's ignorance
and her refusal to be coached for the Katie Courac interview. Palin also did
not know the members of NAFTA: Canada, U.S., and Mexico.
>
>
