<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The reason Obama won is because they tired of Republicans ranting and raving and blaming everyone for their mistakes rather than owning up to them and working with others to better the country.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Obama cannot make a disaster of the nation because it already is a disaster. Obama has been hired to clean up the mess. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Bush and his cronies have destroyed the US economy, the world's faith in the US, and the Republican Party. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The Republican Party will continue to shrink and become more and more of an obscure politically powerless party until they discontinue their negative attitude and nastiness toward everyone that dares disagree with them.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Obama will not try to govern from the 51% of the population on the left, as Bush did from the right. Obama will have a much larger coalition, and be more inclusive, not exclusive as Bush has been. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Obama will be President of the United States, not President of the Blue States or just the Red States like our current President. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Best Regards,</DIV>

This last one is pure serendipity for Omama. If Kerry had been elected last time
this would still have occurred and no one could blame the Republicans. The
seeds were sown when Carter signed "The Community Reinvestment Act "
into law. This laid the groundwork for ACORN and Obama to pressure banks into
making loans to high risk people. With Obama advising ACORN they took Citibank
to court over discriminatory lending and won.
McCain and some other republicans sounded an alarm about Freddie and Fannie in
2004. Obama, Franks and Pelosi said Freddie and Fannie were just find. None of
this is to excuse the vultures on wallstreet. All of this aside Obama's is
truly an American success story. He went from rags to riches and archived the
highest elected office in the land. This is a great tribute to him. He now has
it within his grasp to become a truly great president if he will govern from the
center right to the center left. If he reverts to his political roots and
governs from the hard left, it will be a disaster for both him and the nation.
It is his choice. Who he picks for a cabinet may give us some idea in which
direction he is heading.
