October 9, 2008, at 0034 hours, Wasilla Police responded to the Great Bear
Brewing Company at <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">238 N. Boundary
Street</st1:address></st1:Street> for a report of an alarm. Upon arrival,
police found two employees parked behind the restaurant, who had tripped the
alarm, but were now smoking marijuana inside a vehicle. Investigation revealed
they had just closed the restaurant, but were now waiting for their car to warm
up and defrost before driving home. Both Mackensey Cassidy, age 23 and Jackson
E. Hume, age 24, both from Wasilla were individually issued summons to appear
in court on the charge of Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance in the
6th degree and charges were filed against both individuals through the District
Attorney's office.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

August 22, 2008, at approximately 1900 hours, Wasilla Police were contacted by
James Leseman, age 24, of Wasilla. Leseman claimed he was robbed earlier in the
day by an acquaintance. Investigation revealed Leseman had not been robbed and
he was remanded to the Mat-Su Pretrial facility for Providing False Information
to a Peace Officer. Leseman also had an outstanding $2,500 warrant for 2 counts
of Theft in the 2nd degree.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
