<P>"McCain Wins Debate!" declares the ad which features a headshot of a
smiling McCain with an American flag background. Another ad spotted by our
eagle-eyed observer featured a quote from McCain campaign manager Rick Davis
declaring: "McCain won the debate-- hands down."</P>
