That much error is simply not acceptable. Yes, you are right, treatment of prisoners has improved, but that it is simply irrelevant if the people shouldn't have been there in the first place.</FONT></DIV>

I find your distinction between physical and psychological torture in this case to be totally irresponsible and insensitive. It is crime and it is prohibited by the Geneva Conventions.</FONT></DIV>
