<P>I personally consider how we treat our soldiers and terrorists relevant. As Moscow does have residents in war. We have an ROTC program here. And Moscow also cares about civil rights, and the how it impacts our community. We are as much a part of the US community as any other city in America. I don't believe our topics should be limited to the city code of fines for dog poo on sidewalks and what days we can water our lawn, or what kind of pies will be at the Farmer's Market. </P>
