is a predator, a sick and bad, bad man. Now I hope that officials in
Tumwater, Craigmont, and Clarkston do the right thing and notify parents and
neighbors that this man had worked in their communities. The Boy Scouts
need to do the same thing -- notify parents and anyone else whose kids might
have come into contact with him during a Boy Scout activity -- and then humbly
acknowledge the thanks of a grateful community for doing their best to be

District Court on Thursday on one count of sexual abuse of a child younger
than 16 and two counts of lewd conduct with a minor younger than

stem from allegations by two additional victims</STRONG>. Lt. Charlie
Spencer of the Idaho State Police said <STRONG>parents of boys who
attended the camp are calling daily</STRONG>.</DIV>
<DIV><STRONG>Kellis, a band leader at A.G. West Black High School in
Tumwater, worked as a teacher at Highland High School in Craigmont from
2001 to 2006</STRONG>, according to an Idaho State Police report. In
addition, he worked as an <STRONG>assistant director for the Clarkston
High School marching band from 1995 to 2006</STRONG>, and as a
<STRONG>Scout master in Clarkston</STRONG>, officials said.</DIV>
<DIV>Kellis was arrested April 12 in Moscow on the initial charges and was
