Now I hope that officials in Tumwater, Craigmont, and Clarkston do the right thing and notify parents and neighbors that this man had worked in their communities. Lt. Charlie Spencer of the Idaho State Police said <strong>parents of boys who attended the camp are calling daily</strong>.</div> <div><strong>Kellis, a band leader at A.G. West Black High School in Tumwater, worked as a teacher at Highland High School in Craigmont from
2001 to 2006</strong>, according to an Idaho State Police report. In addition, he worked as an <strong>assistant director for the Clarkston High School marching band from 1995 to 2006</strong>, and as a <strong>Scout master in Clarkston</strong>, officials said.</div> <div>Kellis was arrested April 12 in Moscow on the initial charges and was released three days later after posting $25,000 bail.</div></blockquote>
