<DIV>Chas,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It would be my thinking that people are upset because of the city structure, not time of travel in a car, that the East side of town has traditionally been the part of town where we sleep and keep our families. The West side of town is where you work and conduct business. The South side is where the University and government business took place. People don't want all those cars driving through their neighborhoods making noise, unsettling the kiddies and the kittens. : )</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>This is why I was opposed to the Third Street drive through, it would have created a lot of speeding cars around the parks and schools. Kids actually place in Third St. So you know, speeding college student up and down that road would be scary to me. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The Moscow Mall, and that development is relatively new in the History of Moscow. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Best Regards,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
