E. Moscow Sewer District about the possibility that the District Board may choose to dissolve the District. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>As part of those discussions, Staff has reviewed the existing agreement with the District and has suggested alternatives in how the District could proceed with or without dissolving.
