size=2><span style='font-size:11.0pt'> — City of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">Moscow Fire Chief Ed Button</st1:City></st1:place> has announced
that the annual spring burning season will by April 12 through April 27.
Open burning is only allowed for garden waste, tree trimmings and brush.
The following conditions are required for open burning:<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

style='font-size:11.0pt'>Burning shall be at a distance of at least 25 feet
from any building, structure or other combustible material when the pile size
is 3 feet or less in diameter and 2 feet or less in height. Anything
larger shall be 50 feet or more from any structure or other combustible
