– Due to recent significant snow accumulation and historic patterns of
warmer weather and rain after winter storms, the City of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City></st1:place> is preparing for a potential flood
event. To aid <st1:City w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City>’s residents in
personal preparations sand and sand bags are now available at no charge at the
City of <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Moscow Street Shop</st1:City></st1:place>.
As the City is supplying the materials citizens are asked to fill the bags they
need. For sand please visit the Street Shop at <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address
w:st="on">650 N. Van Buren Street</st1:address></st1:Street>; for more
