Good Afternoon.<br><br>I am trying to understand both sides of the Hawkins development argument.&nbsp; A member of the council was able to provide me with their thoughts.&nbsp; Can someone here tell me why there is a such an opposition to the idea?&nbsp; Specifically as it is related to water usage.<br>
