is actually a topic I care about a great deal, and I personally am glad to see

is absolutely mind-boggling to me that icy sidewalks continue to be a problem
in this community! I don’t know if it’s because we have so
many rental units or because we have so many businesses that just don’t
care, but the fact remains that communities both larger and smaller than Moscow
have figured out a way to address this plague so that winter sidewalks are safe
for all. It angers me when I hear from my differently-abled or elderly
friends that they find Moscow’s sidewalks impassable and downright
dangerous during the winter months.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

is it other communities – both large and small – manage to keep
their sidewalks safe for all while Moscow continues to be unable to address

my rant isn’t directed at you! If everyone was as giving as you are
– as evidenced by your post below – it wouldn’t be a problem

traverse snowy/icy sidewalks. And, since so many just don’t seem to
care, I really think we need an enforcement mechanism – since <b>when</b>
is Moscow a community only for the most able-bodied?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
