What will the impact of this development be on our current businesses? Would it be better to get them to build in Moscow (hwy 95 South Bypass?)? Taxes would be paid in Idaho, infrastructure/services would be purely Moscow -without contract, and in return, they would have lower wage expenses. Obviously, Moscow has buying power. Otherwise they would want to build closer to Pullman. We should use it to our advantage.
