worked along with him at UI Facilities, Architectural & Engineering
Services (1993-2000.) Norm remained at UI AES after my leaving and he
moved his career to WSU during the 2005+/- UI fallout. Norm was a
dedicated and knowledgeable architect for both universities, managed a number of
significant projects, and was responsible for helping weave a large amount of
each campus' "urban fabric".</FONT></DIV>

traumatic & premature passing; I extend my heartfelt condolences to his

a Monday morning collision on the Troy Highway has been<BR>identified as Norman
Yandt of Moscow.<BR><BR>Yandt, 55, was killed when he lost control of his
Chevrolet Celebrity and<BR>struck a Ford Expedition driven by Monica McGurkin,
38, of Moscow, according<BR>to an ISP news release.<BR><BR>Slick and snowy
conditions caused the accident, according to the release.<BR><BR>McGurkin and
her 6-year-old juvenile passenger were transported by ambulance<BR>to Gritman
Medical Center in
