<P><FONT face="Times New Roman" color=#000000>Moscow Volunteer Fire Department
officials have decided they cannot determine the cause of a Nov. 28 fire that
gutted the Hahn Rental Center building on Main Street.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman" color=#000000></FONT> </P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman" color=#000000>Fire Marshal Joe Williams said
arson has been ruled out, but "there's nothing that we can say officially that
started the fire."</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman" color=#000000></FONT> </P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman" color=#000000>Williams said no one will be able
to enter the building until a structural engineer says it's safe. The building
likely will be torn down.</FONT></P>

business. It is operating out of an office trailer and will rent equipment that
