That seals the deal.<br><br>The graph on moscowlevy.com is EXACTLY the same one that Dale produced earlier this year and used in his bid not to have the levy pass and the same one he's used in the past bids to shut down the MSD levy votes. Not only that, but the pics on that site have also been used by Dale on his site repeatedly.<br><br>It's official, folks! factor of 7.4 — MSD spends 7.4 times as much today per child as it did in
1989 (accounting for inflation). <span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(0, 0, 255);">(again, cost of living and inflation are way up and due to oil prices/housing costs, this is only going to get worst! And the fact that the schools were vandalized repeatedly this past year helped to increase the cost the MSD has to make up for and pay for.)</span><br> </li><li>MSD is already ranked the fourth highest property taxes of all districts
