line),<BR><BR>With a heavy heart, I reluctantly offer my congrats to Dan
Carscallen on being elected to the Moscow City Council. Admittedly, I'm
much less concerned with the future of Moscow as I am about the loss of Dan's
numerous gut-bustingly humorous posts right here regularly on the viz.
My sincere hope is that from time to time, Dan risks some of his political
capital and provides us an occasional
